Hey guys, thought id share a project with you guys..i plan to sell these if theres enough interest...ill probably make a fiberglass version in the low $300 range, and a carbon fiber version in the $400 range. Final shape is still to be decided, but these pics are from the process of molding the spoiler to the car. After this, i have to body work the "plug" and make a mold off of that...then we can start making parts..

Great work so far, glad to see your spoiler is almost flush with the top of the quarter panels.

Got the part trimmed up, and now im doing body work, getting ready to mold it. Might have the mold done as soon as next week.

Final part could be this size, or trimmed down to customers needs

Looks good so far, I would round it off to follow the contours of the rear of the car.

The camera is throwibg off how it really looks, because the sides really are angled to natch the car. But because of the angle of the wing utself, and camera trickery...it looks like its straight cut on the ends

I need dis. How does it attach? I will have to silicone the oem holes along the back edge, but worth it from the preliminary design. I love this.

thanks for taking intrest!! :) to be honest, I don't know where the stock holes are at, since mine is a wing delete car....do you happen to have a picture of where the holes are? I tried to find one but couldn't. I really don't like the idea of drilling holes in my car, the original plan is to use 3m body panel tape.....test it out and see how it holds. this remains to be tested, but that stuff sticks incredibly well. depending on where the stock holes are, this might cover them up...and as previously mentioned, I can shape it as far as the corners, and height go. I even thought of trying one that is a little taller in the center than on the corners. I need to play with that once I start making parts :)

Here is a picture of the spoiler holes. From what it looks like the design you have will cover nicely. I'm not worried about the 3m tape not holding, it's held a splitter on my last car up to 165. I may end up drilling the holes and using either buttonhead Allen bolts or carriage style bolts to add some extra clamping force using the oem holes.
