This is a buyback/lemon title car, like many of the ones Heller Ford sells. They buy them from Ford at their buyback auction and sell them for seemingly great prices.

Do they have to disclose why its bought back? Im looking to turn one into a full track car

Interesting. But I think 20k is a bit much. I bought my loaded base, with painted stripes 5k over with 4 miles on the clock. I also have the extra option of a black roof. I guess though if they can get it, they will go for it.

Yes, you can ask for the Oasis Report which will say why it was bought back. Heller Ford is one of the biggest dealers who buys cars from the Ford auction. I almost bought a GT350 from them, until I found mine from a local private seller.
