Never had this before, check engine light blinking, while car is "on" but not started, boost/vacuum is going from 0 to 0.1 repeat

To clarify, yesterday I did swap my downpipe back oem from catted cvfab, but my exhaust after cat is kinda half assed right now as I ordered a new Y pipe, so there's a few leaks with some shit clamps.

I had battery disconnected though, and I removed both o2 sensors, and moved them to old downpipe, tightened them down. put them back in. etc
(I am going to put a new doughnut gasket) when I install my exhaust back together when arrives.

Today I was listening to music and saw this, my check engine light was on off on off on off, then solid, it went away when I started car. but yeah, my boost/vacuum with car off keeps going 0.0 to 0.1 repeat, repeat repeat. took a video

Pretty sure it just means there's a p1000 which is emissions monitors not ready. They always have to re run after the battery is disconnected.

I felt my o2 was kinked, not routed right spot. I unclip And routed between those hoes instead 90* bend

It appears fluctuation is now gone. Staying 0 when cars off

But when I hit on, cel does blink few times, goes solid. And goes away when I hit start, runs fine

Wondering if it’s fine, maybe the wire was bent too much.

When you guys hit on button, does cel come on? Blinks then solid? Then gone when car is actually started. If so then my cars normal again.

Once you drive enough to rerun the monitors it should stop doing that.

I don't have an ecoboost so unfortunately no, lol. I just remember that a lot of cars do this to signify learning mode. Pretty sure my CEL doesn't flash on start. But I haven't driven the car in ages so maybe I'm wrong.

I read it has to learn/complete drive cycles for emission ready stuff
