The exact fit will be a T5/Group 96r, but we are still in the process of testing that battery, most of our mustang gt350 and gt500 customers are using an ATX-30-HD, which is what we would suggest at this point of time. It's not a direct fit, but we offer spacer foam, which can be used for a snug fit! Our ATX-30-HD is perfect for daily or weekend only drives.

The point to keep in mind is what all aftermarket accessories are on the car, as these can create high parasitic draw, which can significantly affect the usability of any battery. Accessories like radar detector or alarm system, etc., make look small but something draw a lot of voltage. Overall ATX-30-HD one of the lightest yet most powerful battery that will fit the Mustang battery compartment.
