ummmm, hadn't thought about it too much to be honest, but thanks for reminding me!

So we have a few options (see map), and really I guess it depends how much time we have...seeing as the weather is supposed to be ok-ish, well, not raining anyway, I think a nice convoy through the country would be good fun. We can make the final call on the day I think

Time wise, what I'm thinking is - if we aim to meet at 08:30 for a 9am departure from the services, that should leave us plenty of time to get to the event for 11am.

So if we aim for that then if worst comes to worst, we have a plan b in that we can just shoot up the m40, m42 etc and save a bit of travel time.

Being the creature of habit that I am, you'll find me in the Starbucks from about 8am for my daily coffee and some brekkie so aim to park near-ish the back by Starbucks...

We're in Stratford, so how about meeting in Stow on the Wold? Lovely road for you from Burford to Stow, nice Cotswold countryside! Then up to Evesham and across to Droitwich?

Ah ok. Equally enjoyable route...I see on the map there is a big Tesco there, would that be a good place to meet perhaps? Problem is, I don't know if there will 2 of us or 10 of us! So it will be good to have a specific place to stop and meet you.

We'll aim to be there for 10am. It's an hour from the services to there and then another hour up to the hotel as you say.
