I have a 2019 S550 (with a Gen 3 coyote)
Is it the same process to remove and reinstall the timing chain as 2015-2017 coyote? I would assume no.
If not can someone point to a tutorial or PDF manual?

I'm going to swap the OPG's and looking for a tutorial for my year. I see a few great thorough tutorials for 2015-2017 coyotes that break it down step by step but i'm not sure if the timing chain remove/install is the same.

He seems to go over it here: although I just skimmed didn't have time for all of it. I have watched the VMP one on 11-17. I am sure there is a little difference, I think this guy goes over the differences.

I know 18+ you have to basically unbolt the oil pan and let it drop down to do em.

Adding this in for future reference too.

Hereā€™s some threads that contain factual OPG info, take time to read them, because not all OPGs are the same and yes there have been reported failures with some aftermarket OPG.

If youā€™re going to attemp OPG/timing yourself, or get a shop to do it, hereā€™s important notes so check the below threads before jumping in without knowledge:

considering how cheap the GT500 Oil-pump+oil-pan is from FP I would just use that kit (or half of it). Admittedly that doesn't address the chain-drive gear...
