Need some help after long tubes.

Hey guys I need a little help. Over the weekend I installed Stainless Power catless long tube headers. Before the headers I had an air raid intake, cat back exhaust, and bama tune. Everything ran great. I of course got updated tunes from bama, a race, street, and ghost cam tunes to accomodate the headers. The issue I'm having transfers between all 3. I will be driving and and its like the car just hits a wall where it will not accelerate no matter how I apply the throttle. Regardless of throttle input the air to fuel ratio will stay around 13. I have to take my foot off the gas then re-apply and it will accelerate past where it stopped. Also this is not a consistent issue but seems to be worse when cold. The other weird thing is it only happens in 2nd, 3rd, 4th, and 5th gear never in 1st or 6th. I have triple check my install and I can't find any issues. My thoughts are still that there is an issue with the tunes but just seems weird that all 3 have the same issue. Any help would be appreciated.
