Got a 2016 GT Performance Package but I'll elaborate on some weird stuff.

Rear windshield randomly exploded like it was hit with a 12 gauge buckshot
Rear camera seems to work intermittently, usually after a hard rain.
Oil leak from oil pressure sensor, TSB for all new Fords.
Misfire engine light, swapped #1 plug and coil with #4 and problem went away.
Rear Torsen diff pops and clicks but was told that's normal. I have high end fluid in it.

Other than that, no real issues.

In the shop now for a new short block. Excessive oil consumption and scored #5 cylinder. 2019 PP2 with 8000 miles. Oil consumption started at 3000 miles. Has the tick and 2K rattle as well.

When is this rattle? Just at startup? Or after it’s sat for a while? Does it go away with rpm? Or after car has driven a few miles?

As I understand it, the rattle is when the engine is between 2K and 3K rpm. I do not think it is heat dependent.

Interesting. After a night at the drag strip last week mine started knocking at low rpm, sounded like a diesel. Then after 3 miles and several stop lights it was gone. It was the first cool morning here and it sounded more from the trans (A10) than anything. Once that had a little heat in it noise was gone.

Rattle is usually between 2100 and 2500 rpm under very light throttle. Mine is louder when it is cold and usually doesn't go away when warmed up. Sounds like a timing chain tensioner issue to me except is is very sensitive to throttle position.

How much oil is it consuming?

Nothing broken! Just paint chips from rocks. Getting up to 48K on my 2018.
