Damn, sounds like a headache but at least they are trying to make it right. Good luck on this process man. Hope you get to fully enjoy the car soonTransmission issues when it arrived from out of state (I am in FL but bought it in AZ and it was shipped to the dealer). Their inspection even documented the noise coming from the transmission. It was then in the shop for 2 months and misdiagnosed as some internal components such as bearings and whatnot, I get it back and it's making the same noise. So now they order a brand new transmission, it's there for another month and then fixed.
Dealer dented the rear quarter panel as well, still has not fixed it... They also did an oil change that was "complimentary", however that was not the case as I saw it was deducted from my maintenance plan. Not only that, I heard metal on metal noises coming from the engine, I check the oil and it's bone dry. A tech eventually came out and had to put in 4.5 quarts in to bring it back up to normal.
They also are replacing the alternator and both rear wheel bearings (I drop it off this coming Monday). While it's there they are going to do a balance test and see if there's any performance issues with the engine, if that's the case I get a brand new engine. The general manager is giving me 4 months worth of car payments/insurance payments to comp me for my lost time, they are also fixing the dent while it's there too.
All in all, the car is awesome, it's the dealer I have had issues with....
