I know they have two big car shows annually and a monthly cars and coffee (past weekend of the month at pier park, which I always appear to be working 🥲)

those hurricane rated? not normally concerned where I am, further inland but we got 12 hours of almost 100 mph winds this year, and gust well over that.

A Morton Building will withstand the wind loads. I used to be a Regional Manager with Morton. All their buildings are engineered for local codes and loads. They really are one of the best wood frame buildings available!! Good choice.

turns out I am moving now. took a new job. in mobile. so I get to stick with hurricane ratings, and now will actually have the money to build what I want. . hurrah for 60% pay raises.

i was seriously looking at one of these but the place where i built was too small....
i have a small split foyer currently.
one day maybe one of these. living above the garage.
i also designed a 3 car split foyer for future if things work out right....(not shown)

get rid of the lolly columns and put in I beam header(s)
It will make it much more spacious.

my wife and I will be grandparents in August! Son and daughter in laws first. Can't wait to spoil him or her! Definitely will grow up a Mustang kid.
