Well, I’ve decided that the wait has been long enough. Tomorrow, I will be taking my Bullitt to the drag strip for the first time to hopefully get the Clutch Hitmaster dialed in and see what it’ll do on motor. I feel that I have added more than enough mods to help the car perform better. Having said that, I haven’t been down the drag strip in a car since 2014. I pray pray that all goes well and I’ll be able to get the car dialed in.

I will be running on a drag pack with 305/45/17 ET Street Rs out back. For those running on this tire, what pressure is recommended on a well prepped track?

I run a similar Drag Radial, 18 PSI in back, and 54 PSI up front is where I started.

Yeah, that is a little ways away. I just looked and it’s over 3 hours one way. Do you guys have a 1/4 mile track in Broward?

In my experience with the Rs they definitely need a good smokey burn out to stick hard.

I’ll definitely see what I can do. I may have a couple of friends coming to the track. If they do, I’ll have one of them grab some footage with my iPad.

Thanks and will do. I hope it’ll come back to me pretty quickly, just like riding a bicycle.
