the torque spec on the spindle-end is like 184lbs isn't it? It ain't going anywhere.The alignment guy was like I can either push them all the way in or nothing at all, when I asked him why he said because if its somewhere in the middle they won't be even as in one side will be more cambered than the other.

Next time slam home the Steeda plate end, and then set the spindle to get 1.2-1.5 degrees. Then when it's track time you loosen ONLY the camber plate end of things.
Someone else can chime in on where the toe adjuster is, I don't know offhand.
