In this video, I share the tranny damage that happened to my brand new car with only 10 delivery miles on it from an incident when I dropped it off for paint protection film and ceramic coating. This occurred before I got a chance to drive the car. After a thousand dollars in repairs, the car is all good again!

Well, it happens. Good for them for being upfront and honest with you. When it comes to these cars, trust is a very hard thing to do. The shop made a mistake, they were forthcoming, and they owned it. Good on them.

Now about those two extra quarts of the fluid.......

Yikes! Scary, glad you were able to get the replacement pan so quickly and back on the road to enjoy that beauty. Crap happens but it is still frustrating, good on you for taking the high road.

E+R=O Event + Response = Outcome.

Nice job handling a tough situation. Glad you're back on the road and happy. Mine is ready for trim line 1 tomorrow so it should be built by Thursday. Hoping for deliver early Oct.

I like to disassemble things.
Kind of like getting that first scratch out of the way. Sounds like it was handled well on all counts.

Props.

I’m glad everything turned out okay in the end and the shop took care of you.

It always pays off having quality people work on anything rather it be your car or your house no matter what.

Hey like the shirt, I have two myself.

The first part of the drive was bedding the brakes and I took it easy (kept RPMs below 4K) for the drive home, which was only about 20 miles. I finished the break-in the next day taking the car to an event (and then let it RIP)! I noticed quite a difference from my base car. I’ll give a full review once I get more seat time. I’ve only driven the car twice thus far.
