Mustang vs Vette Car Show/Cruise In - SWFL

Fort Myers, January 29th. Over 400 cars last year! Vettes have pulled off a win the last 2 years, so we need more Mustangs! Just announced that there will be a free concert during the event (Bob Seger Tribute Band). Free Beer from 1 to 2 and then only $1 for the remainder of the event. $15 entry fee gets you and a guest lunch. Top 10 Mustangs and Top 10 Vettes win trophies.

Sounds like a cool event but why the Corvette and not the Camaro ? The Camaro has always been the car that matched up to the Mustang

It was actually a very nice show, even with the weather. The Mustangs beat the Corvettes by two cars. Mostly more modern cars, again, I think because of the weather. It was a really nice place to have it and I hope they do it there next year.

Still not sure why they had a live band AND a DJ playing music at the same time.
