No reason to expect that to happen, at the very least not this quickly.
Anybody who tends to be an 'early adopter' of big changes and new things and is already OK with this is not likely to suddenly turn around and be not-OK with it any more.
Among those who have been not-OK with it from the get-go, there are those who never will be OK with it.
And there will be those who may gradually become OK with it (at least to the point of grudgingly tolerating it). Emphasis on "gradually" here, and not nearly enough time has passed yet. Even Ford has given the matter about a year for the commotion to settle before the 'E' goes on sale, and I don't believe for an instant that as far as current Mustang fans go they weren't primarily looking at this group while carefully considering the timing of their announcement.
