...and Minilites. Best looking touring car ever invented. Interesting story too about how they reprofiled the front metal to drop the nose.
I don’t know the story, but most of the competitors ‘stretched’ the rules it in those days, so nothing would surprise me.

I'm tipping the front facia will be a popular aftermarket item for 2018+ cars. Still not sure what to think about the blind fog light holes.
Wouldn't those holes be for driving lights rather than fog. I think the original Mach 1's had their high beams there. Likely too high for effective fog lights. I know if I was filling the holes I would be fitting nice bright driving lights that come on with the high beams.
