I'd recommend you check out a used Lincoln; the used car market flooded by years of surging sales, Lincoln's aren't in demand and are a bargain however Lincoln builds them to last a long time and they are nice. With the arrival of my daughter and living in Canada I've decided to sell my mustang and get something with 4 doors and AWD. Any thoughts on the Kia Stinger? Looks like a good deal, especially here in Canada
Damn I like that color on that KIA.Puh-lease
Agreed. I love my Lincoln MKS.I'd recommend you check out a used Lincoln; the used car market flooded by years of surging sales, Lincoln's aren't in demand and are a bargain however Lincoln builds them to last a long time and they are nice.
Definitely enjoyed my 2013 PP SHO tuned by you guys.Honestly the mustang would be an overall better choice but if i could recommend a similar vehicle i would recommend the taurus sho, that car with a tune on it is a very hard car to beat on the streets and is a real sleeper with great style and ride quality as well, we are experts when it comes to the taurus sho and all ecoboost platforms as well. The mustangs can even be tuned for e85 without needing an upgraded fuel pump so overall either the taurus sho or the mustang would be the best choice for a new vehicle
Ug no thanks! Anyone can throw money at a car and make it faster, and from all indications that's holding true with the Stinger as well. And not for nothing, KIA has crushed Ford in the reliability ratings for the last several years. My mustangs interior looked great when I bought it, but it didn't age well. I ended up getting rid of it for a Grand Cherokee. After my lease is up I'll probably take a long hard look at the Stinger. Only way I'd get into another Ford is with a lease so I can get rid of it when the warranty runs out and the interior starts degrading (same reason I leased the Jeep ). And modding a lease is kinda dumb.Honestly the mustang would be an overall better choice but if i could recommend a similar vehicle i would recommend the taurus sho, that car with a tune on it is a very hard car to beat on the streets and is a real sleeper with great style and ride quality as well, we are experts when it comes to the taurus sho and all ecoboost platforms as well. I would hope so considering the size difference.I'm pretty sure the Stinger will out handle the SHO out of the factory to.
Stock vs stock? Not from what I've seen in published 0-60 times.I would hope so considering the size difference.
Stop light to stop light the SHO will win though.
Apologies...was continuing the SHO that was tuned by Livernois in this discussion.Stock vs stock? Not from what I've seen in published 0-60 times.
Stock SHO is in the 5's vs Stinger GT 4.6-4.7...
I respect the SHO for is performance abilities and potential, but I just can't get past the looks of it.
These are the dyno proven results from one tuner:Apologies...was continuing the SHO that was tuned by Livernois in this discussion.
The Stinger sounds like what it is. A bunch of bumble bees in a can. The car is fast and looks decent, but I couldn't live with myself knowing the car sounds "turrrrible"These are the dyno proven results from one tuner:
Kia Stinger 3.3TT AWD - Twin Uncle Chip
Base: 292ps/47kgm (288whp/339wtq)
After: 398ps/65kgm (392whp/470wtq)
Tune for tune the Stinger would still be faster.
