An Aftermarket intercooler is big part of getting more power out of that stock turbo. It only took a bigger intercooler and tuning to get a stock 2020 explorer into the 12’s.. Go for it!!!

One would have to have boost before it needs an intercooler. GT is naturally aspirated, so no Intercooler.

Warranties don't get voided, they get denied. If you replace those 2 items, then Roush/Ford may deny warranty if they fail. However, the rest of the warranty for unrelated items will still remain, they can't void your engine warranty for replacing the radiator.
What might happen though is if the radiator fails and the engine overheats and also fails, then they will deny the warranty on the engine. But again, your warranty will be fine and not voided.
