Mustang GT 2019 PP, the run/start relay no. 78 in the fuse box diagram is not getting a signal voltage from the ignition when i start the car. The relay is getting a hot 12v to the relay. I bypassed the relay with a wire and the car started. How do i fix the ignition signal for the relay to work again?

You're going to need to find the wiring diagram for your car and track where that signal is coming from and where/why it's interrupted. I'd guess, but don't know, that both the BCM and ECM have a say in starting the car. You've checked all the other fuses in case it's something easy, right?
These cars are way to complicated to make any specific suggestions though.

Is the relay bad? Have you tried putting a new one in? I would think that this might be a possibility if as you say it is getting power to the relay, and you can bypass the relay and start the car.
