Get a v8 if you're in the middle of nowhere! I never paid more than about £340 on insurance and I picked mine up 9 days after my 23rd birthday. But car crime etc.. is literally non existent where I live.

It’s worth bearing in mind that if you buy new you need to think carefully how soon you decide to mod the car.
Tunes may take you out of warranty and with lots of new tech on the 2020 you don’t want be out of pocket on a warranty repair refusal in the event you get a problem.
So you’ll still be behind the modded older cars on power until you decide to take that risk.
