Hopefully everyone will get their recall done over the next few months. I wonder when I should get mine ordered, since I won’t get my car back till August ish 2021?

We are in the Orlando area. I actually had to wear two sweatshirts at Universal the other day. Had one, bought a second one on site. It was cloudy, windy and in the low 50s.

All and all it’s been fine. This vacation was for the kids, and they had a blast so that’s what matters the most.

Lol I wouldn’t blame them. Your offer was hard to say no to, trust me. It just wasn’t in the cards this time. Luckily we have a beach appointment in Ft Lauderdale that we frequent. The next time we go there perhaps I can cash in on the rain check? Not sure how far you are from there, but it’s right near where the cruise ships dock.

Well I will factor it in our plans for next time if the offer stands. My wife likes to vacation more than I like my cars, so we are always traveling.

That’s a good question. I plan to ask the next time I speak to my POC. Would be nice, but I kinda doubt it.

I just returned from the dealer after the installation of the brake pedal bracket. It took about 35-40 minutes.

This is the service procedure the Tech uses.

Thanks to Craig's (@Shelby2) sharp eye, I have updated the procedure with the stop light switch removal and installation.

Way cool, Earl and congrats on being back in a safer vehicle. :-) I think it would take ME about three times as long if not longer.

BTW, I finally got the recall letter yestiddy, part's already ordered but when it'll show up is anyone's guess.
