Mufflers?! Who needs em?! ☠️🤘🏻

So I have what are supposed to be straight through mufflers on my 86 GT. Apparently, the manufacture left out some "muffling" pieces because these things are so loud and drone numbingly that even after a short drive my head hurts. Done with loud.

Are you going to go into all the other vendors threads once they post the info about Corsa's new track systems too or will it still come back to Lethal as being the one not for the consumer?

There's a bit of sticker shock in that, for sure. BUT it is corsa, and while I don't like the sound of them on the 5.0, they do make a quality exhaust. I ran there exhausts on my Vette's and have no complaints.

I've had an issue with Lethal on an order that turned out to be a communication issue, it happens. I'll buy from them again. This thread has just proven that again. Their responses have gotten the point across. They don't set the price, Corsa does.

my friend has a corvette, he just bought a pair of corsa mufflers, axle backs.

cost him 2500 bucks. blew my mind. whole different ballgame though.

That's about right. They are the best sounding without drone on that platform.

thing is, I honestly kinda preferred the exhaust whatever was on it before, its way louder now, but his car is beautiful, all black with chrome rims, and was just a nice sleeper / stealthy classy car.

the factory active system on c6/c7 is an excellent exhaust that doesn't have to be changed, If i would have had one of them I wouldn't change it. Mine were all too old for that, though.
