Mufflers a little loose.

Hey guys, so ever since i bought the vehicle i noticed the mufflers move quite a bit. I let my buddy drive my car and while i was behind him the muffler and muffler tips obviously would move at times. Now that im on an aftermarket catback im getting a little more anal about it moving and trying to figure how to to keep still. one muffler tip is actually more tilted to the ground and the other muffler is centered perfectly. I was wondering if maybe my exhaust hanger clips and rubber is defected and changing it to a brand new pair would eliminate this? or is this an ongoing issue that people dont bother complaining about. lol any insight would be great thank you!
