I did a quick search, but couldn't find it.

What is the Motorcraft filter # for a 2015 Mustang GT?

You're welcome! I just know as I had Ford change the oil in my Mustang yesterday:D
Bought two 5-qt jugs of Motorcraft 5w-20 Synthetic Blend and the FL-500S filter, and will be changing it this weekend.

I bought the oil filter socket wrench for the FL 500 filter. The flutes are smaller, than the normal filters. Is this a torque limiting design. So it does not over tight, because I tighten the filter and it slips. Or am I doing something wrong or is it the wrong wrench. THANKS.

Just a heads up!!! We do a synthetic 8qt oil change for 50$

also a synthetic blend for 25$ w/8qts....both with genuine ford oil & filter!!

Dude never use a filter wrench to put on a filter--only turn it 3/4's of a turn once it bottoms. Only use the tool to remove the filter.

Wow...that is soooo cheap for a full synthetic oil change. I pay $88 here in Atlanta.

Hmm... I just installed a FL-820S. It was physically larger, but had the same gasket and thread. Seems to be working fine.

The 11-14 performance pack cars actually called for the 820s and standard was 500. I think I'm going to use the 820. You should use a little more oil with the 820. I don't recall exactly how much more.

Damn, that's a great price for semi syn change. Almost would make me want to let someone else do it, if weight can be chosen for fill up.
