3.6 KB.... It's the setup I wanted to do, but he insisted to put a TT kit on my car(which as soon as mine is done the KB is coming off that car and a TT kit is being put on it.)

WOW...that's the same set-up in the Super Snake...I'm curious what the trans and drivetrain is rated for on the 5.0 GT...I know the GT500 can handle this and then some and the trans is so much different. PLEASE let me know how you like the TT configuration as I was considering a Turbo opposed to a blower on this car.

Sorry if this is out there, but I cannot seem to find a thread that has min and max offset with wheel sizes on one table...does anyone know if this exists, or where I can find one?

From what I have been able to tell from successful upgrades:

FRONT: 19 or 20 x 9, 9.5 or 10 offset:25-45 (Front)

REAR: 19 or 20 x 9.5, 10, 10.5, 11 offset:40-50 (Rear)

Based on the range in the from I would think the rear maybe able to get to an offset of 20 - 50, but would love one of the experts to weigh in...
Kind of need to include tire size in the calculation, as for example a 10" wide wheel can mount a 255-295 tire. So offsets that work with a 255 could rub with a 295.

Correct

However a 255 on a 10" wheel is stretched and I have yet to see a S550 do a setup like that

So safe to assume the range for the 10" wheel would be between a 275-295 tire

Now within this range we factory the brand and also the profile of the tire i.e. ( 40-35)

Some tires as we know sit wider like the Michelin PSS compared to the Nitto Invo which sits slim.

But the general fitment range for a 10" wheel is 35-40 depending if the vehicle is a PP or non PP

It sounds like the CF5V 19x10 will work then. I'll wait for positive confirmation when you are able to check with Forgestar on Monday. As discussed previously, I was going to go with a square setup with 275/40-19 tires. I have read one member's post that he was having some problems with tramlining with front tires larger than OEM tires. Voodoo posted the following: "I currently have a squared 20x10 wheels on my S197, with 295s on all fours. Suffice to say, the car handles like shit. So I am now going with 20x8s in the front with 255s tires." Your thoughts about my planned selection of the 275/40-19 tires? http://www.mustang6g.com/forums/showthread.php?p=416764#post416764
I had the same size 275 on the front of my Vette and I put 275 Square setup on my GT PP. I didn't notice much tramlining at all.

Stock sizes:
PP Front 19x9 +45 offset
PP Rear 19x9.5 +52.5 offset (reportedly will not fit on the front without a spacer)
Using that as the basis of calculation along with other reports of what has been successfully used.

I come up with the following offsets for the given wheel width:
9.5 (easy to fit) - 35 - 45 should work F & R (rear has loads of inside room vs the front)
10 - 40 looks close to optimum for a F & R square setup (recommended by HRE)
10.5 - may not work up front, +36 may work if the tire isn't too wide. +40 - 55 should work in rear (+48 is HRE fitment for front & rear, but front doesn't look like it is workable without a spacer, given it has more backspace than the stock 9.5" rear wheel that already hits the strut)
11 - probably wont fit up front. 50 - 55 should work for the rear (+55 recommended by HRE)
