MGW. :) I've tried both and felt the MGW was leaps ahead in smoothness and overall feel.

Thank you for sharing your experience. I am leaning to the MGW more than the Barton shifter but I don't want to rush and regret it.

I've owned 5 MGW shifters in 5 diff cars, they are a work of art. Barton isn't even in the same league, but they have come a long way. You absolutely can't go wrong with an MGW, and they also sell like hot cakes when you want to get rid of it if you ever sell your car.

If You go with MGW you won't regret it. I would have easily paid twice what I did for the MGW, the quality is that good!

MGW is by far the best shifter on the market. It replaces all of the stock components and mounts directly to the transmission. It is my favorite mod.

I was in the same league as you, I was also deciding between Barton and MGW...After further research, I found out that MGW is better designed and does not reuse any stock parts, like Barton does.

I went with MGW and could not be happier. i just need a better shift knob, that's my only probelm right now.

If you get MGW, dont forget to use the discount code!

I wish that I would have gotten the MGW gripper shift knob. I have a boomba right now but ordered a Anarchy.
