MGW grip ball

Im going to get the new shifter soon and wanted to know your thoughts on the new MGW shifter grip ball compared to the stock one. It looks cool but how does it feel during shifts? Is it larger in diameter than the OEM? Thanks

yes, but it's not recessed, it's intended for their shifter or the older mustangs w/ a push down reverse lockout. so you'd have to get a lockout adapter

If I had to do again I would probably get their's
The adapter doesn't work too well for me because of the noise it makes from vibration.

The chrome piece vibrates against the bottom of the ball and it's not near as tight.
Going to have them look at it.

Shit. That's what I ordered... Please keep me informed of your results. I'd really rather keep the stock ball than pay 50 for a knob.

Just an idea. You might be able to slip a rubber washer in between to help snug it up and should eliminate that vibration
