Agreed! I guess being in a good position to not haggle over a few dollars price shopping things is a luxury I take for granted. I refuse to buy anything made overseas unless there is no other choice. Sure American made things generally cost a little more, but you're keeping the money in American circulation.

From my professional career experience the Chinese especially will counterfeit and cheap knock off ANYTHING they can for as long as they can get away with it. And it's always inferior quality. I have to fill out counterfeit mitigation surveys regularly, and it's a direct result of china.

I hope VMP comes up with a response as these are pretty serious allegations w/ some grave consequences...I for sure do not want my engine in flames if what they are saying about the fuel rails and mani is true.

I hope people who got those manifolds like you get an answer soon. My question is why would they do that when they are an MFP distributor, its not like they weren't gonna find out.
