Mine makes the same noise. Changed oil at 3k miles (light came on) with motorcraft 5-20. Sounds like an exhaust leak to me, I'm not worried about it. It goes away.

*UPDATE*
Ford says they can not duplicate the noise and that metal in the oil is normal LOL
I'm just going to do an oil sample next oil change and send it to get analyzed and then bring it back once the motor blows up. It is documented now that I said it had metal in the oil and they say that is normal so they can pack sand when it blows up and I have the whole suspension and what not changed.

Pretty much the plan. When it pops I have all the documentation that it was hurt and they were too stupid to know how to diagnosis it.
