I got Steeda goodies! H-Pipe and hood struts! H-Pipe goes on tomorrow and hopefully struts today.

Update 1: Hood struts went on w/o incident. Nice to have back a feature all cars came with years ago.

Update 2a: H-Pipe is going on right now. A little excited, a little nervous.
Update 2b: H-Pipe definitely has a deeper sound especially in lower RPM's. Sound in the cabin while cruising on the hwy is barely louder than w/o it. Put the pedal down and it screams. I want to hear it from the outside before I say it sounds good or not at high rpm. Overall, I'm happy with the change. Steeda H-Pipe is combined with Roush Axle-back for reference.

‘Twas the night before Christmas and out in the street,

I opened the door and heard hooves go click click,
There stood Rudolph and good old St. Nick!

I was quite shocked and didn’t know what to say,
Santa said, “You have a Mustang, would you trade for my sleigh?”

I said, “no way, Santa,” and started to grin,
“but if you have some time, we could go for a spin.”

His little round mouth, all turned up like a bow,
turned into a smile and he said “Yes, let’s go!”

I stepped on the gas and he said, “That is great!
With a car like this I would never be late”

As we raced through the gears, he was taken by surprise,
But he liked it a lot by the look in his eyes.

Santa was giddy and never felt so alive,
So I backed off the gas and said, “Wanta drive?”

With his left foot on the brake and right on the gas,
He did a burn-out and really hauled ass!

Shoved back in the seat, Santa said, “I am sold!
With a car like this, I would never feel old!”

“Not for sale,” I said “no matter what you pay,
I’ll keep my Mustang and you keep your sleigh!”

Bought and installed Steeda hood struts and a Steeda black billit hood release lever a week ago when they were on sale.

Was able to make another monthly car payment. Grateful I am able to keep it as a weekend toy.
