Just went to Advance. Motorcraft synth blend 10/30 5 quart jug with motorcrraft filter on sale. Cant remember exack price $28.?? . Not sure how good a deal but There it is. Single quart was $ 6.99. Cheaper at Walmart per quart .

I usually see 0w20 for $18-$24 for 5 quart jug, wouldn't run 10w30 unless in the deep deep south. Plus March 8th was 2 months ago

Actually it is 5W30, I guess spell check got me on date. This is what is recomended by Ford. Thanks for pointing that out. Screwed this thread, this is why I taking to mechanic to change
