Adam, are you at all concerned about that downpipe vibrating and knocking into anything? It's hard to tell from a single picture, but it looks awfully close to a few parts. With the end unsecured, you could get some annoying new noises from the engine bay.

Which end are you saying isn't secure? One end connects to the turbo, the other to the exhaust...?

If you look to the right that's the actual downpipe. The pipe that is open on the end to the left is the external dump tube. It's held in place with two v bands and won't move.

For their recirculating system that pipe will tie back into the downpipe.

Exactly! The dump tube is from the wastegate and is pointing towards the ground. It is very secure and won't be a problem. The other option we will be offering is to recirculate back into the downpipe.

Thank you for the question, if you have anymore please let me know!

By the way, the external dump sounds AWESOME on the car and the turbo kit itself really changes the sound of the car. Sounds so much better than factory turbo setup!

Justin - Already working on it!

Just a heads up everyone, if you have any questions there is a quick reference guide I put on the original post in this thread.

If you click on them, they will take you directly to the post and only load THAT post! Should make it easier to see where everything is without having to read through the whole thread.

Unfortunately not yet, I have been E-tunes online most of the time for my customers and working on the turbo kit as well. Then I had some personal stuff to deal with so time has been very minimal lately.

I did manage however to get some final product photos of our intercooler! There are 3 pre-order slots for the first batch so if you are interested please drop me an email! [email protected]

Here are the pictures:
