Magnetic Metallic vs. Velocity Blue vs. Rapid Red

Prior to getting my Oxford White GT/CS I had a VB GT lined up. Right unless a pickup truck crashed into the dealers parking lot and wound up on top of it.

All three colours are very nice, and I understand how for some it can be a difficult decision.

Thought I would add my car to the mix to help the OP get some ideas, obviously you know what I voted for

I find this blue has a life of it's own and is always changing.

Color is a personal preference thing. I wouldn't choose a color based on what other people like. Since I bought used there were limited color choices available in the option combinations I wanted. I ended up with oxford white, which I like, but if I had been ordering a new one I probably would have gone with velocity blue. I like rapid red, too. Magnetic is a bit too boring, but it does look really nice up close in the sun.

First I bought Magnetic after see-sawing between that and VB. Then it came with bad paint and I took that as a sign and got VB on the replacement. I should have done VB all along.

Yeah, same with the 15-17 vs 18+ styling, transmission, 87 or 93, best ice cream flavor...

Not so much with 18+ styling. There were a fair number of unicorns in that thread. There are other things better about the 18+ that can trump the styling "deficiencies."

granted, Ruby Red metallic is a little darker red but Rapid Red does the same molten lava in the sunlight too. It really brings out the body lines.

My last one was Deep Impact Blue, it was my favorite color until I got my Magnetic Metallic car.
