Magnaflow Clamp-In Stainless Steel Tru-X Resonated X-Pipe for all 2015, 2016 and 2017 GT Mustangs.

CJ Pony Parts has an exclusive part for your 2015-2017 GT Mustang, the Magnaflow 1004384 Clamp-In Stainless Steel Tru-X Resonated X-Pipe is only available right here!

If you are running long tube headers, muffler deletes or an aggressive axle-back, this Clamp-In Stainless Steel Tru-X Resonated X-Pipe from Magnaflow is for you. Deleting your factory resonator will add potentially unwanted gains to your volume and raspiness. The only option to avoid that unwanted noise was to pay an exhaust shop to fabricate and weld up something that was not a modular solution, but not anymore. Now you can achieve that x-pipe sound, increase flow, maintain a deep tone and not add additional raspiness with Magnaflow's Clamp-In Stainless Steel Tru-X Resonated X-Pipe.

This exclusive Clamp-In Stainless Steel Tru-X Resonated X-Pipe from Magnaflow is constructed of 100% 409 stainless steel. To deliver a smooth, deep tone, stainless mesh wrap and acoustical fiber fill are utilized. In an effort to ensure that smooth, deep tone you are looking for does not diminish over time this X-Pipe is packed to the gills with acoustic fiber fill. The dual intakes measure in at 2-1/4 inches and the corresponding outputs measure in at 2-1/2 inches to maintain the free-flow straight-through the perforated stainless steel core.

Features and Benefits:
- Free-flowing, straight-through perforated stainless steel core
- Stainless mesh wrap and acoustical fiber fill to deliver a smooth, deep tone
- Packed tight with acoustic material to ensure long life and no sound degradation over time
- 100% 409 stainless steel construction
- Dual 2-1/4" in and 2-1/2" out design
- Cut and clamp installation
- No welding required
- Includes necessary clamps
- Weighs 14.7 lbs. (Compared to most resonator deletes weighing in around 9-10 lbs. and the factory resonator weigh approximately 23-24 lbs.)
- Made in the USA

If you have already paired a resonator delete with your long tube headers, muffler deletes or aggressive axle-backs and you want to tame it down a bit without sacrificing that deep tone this exclusive, resonated X-Pipe is your solution. Don't reinstall your factory resonator or have an exhaust shop weld something up when this new X-Pipe will solve your problem without breaking the bank or undoing your performance upgrades.

Designed and engineered to share the same mounting locations and dimensions of the most popular and largest resonator delete, this Magnaflow 1004384 Clamp-In Stainless Steel Tru-X Resonated X-Pipe is a direct swap for anyone that already has that resonator delete installed. If your current resonator delete in not an exact swap for this exclusive X-pipe a simple trim off of your existing tailpipe will give you all the room you need to complete the clamp-in installation. This cut and clamp installation requires no welding and this exclusive X-pipe comes with the required clamps.

Please Note: Installation requires cutting of the factory exhaust piping. Once the modifications have been made to the factory exhaust system, Installation is a simple bolt-in procedure using the included clamps.

*Fits all 2015-2017 Mustang GT Fastbacks and Convertibles.
*This part is exclusive to CJ Pony Parts.

Order this Magnaflow 1004384 Clamp-In Stainless Steel Tru-X Resonated X-Pipe for your 2015, 2016 or 2017 GT Mustang today from CJ Pony Parts.

Nice! I've been praising the rasp-cleaning benefits of MF's resonated x-pipe for years and fantastic that you guys made a package out of it. Nice foresight!

I am definitely interested in this. Would love a bit more volume from my roush axel backs but don't want to ruin the tone.

Then this would be the perfect solution!

It's perfect. I did this with the Corsa Sport axle back (same as Xtreme mufflers) and its a much better tone than the resonator but only a little added volume, and that's only when you're really on it.

Heck of a marketing opportunity for Dave@CJPP to do combo kits with this and some of the popular (but louder) axlebacks, like Roush, Corsa Sport, muffler deletes/outlaws, etc.

I'm debating replacing the stock resonator with this for just a tad more sound but have it still be "pleasing" ... so from your experience this fits the bill when compared to the OE resonator??

Absolutely. It's not much of a volume increase but the tone is much, much better (I've time-started the videos in the link to the best comparison point). I'd say it's possibly 10-15% louder at WOT or heavy throttle.

no 3" out version?
No. Just like there is no versions of a resonator delete that feature a 3" out unless it is part of a cat-back system.

so just another question, currently running kooks headers to the factory connect, to an adapter to my 3" borla catback, this will go in without any cutting of anything? basically just replace the x pipe?

No. Chances are you would have to cut your cat-back and then run your 3" adapter after the resonated x-pipe. There may be a little fabrication involved but it shouldn't be too major. But it would in no way shape or form be a direct swap.
