People suck and wanna argue to a toxic level about how others spend their money/enjoy life.
Professional therapy may be of value for these extreme levels of societal dissatisfaction…we are here to help in your time of need my friend!

This thread is one of the sole reasons I don't go to car meets, gatherings, cars n coffee etc. don't joint car clubs or anything like that.

I enjoy my car alone with a few close close car buddies.

the few times I go to cars n coffee I take my rav 4. People suck and wanna argue to a toxic level about how others spend their money/enjoy life.
Smh
Don't know what it's like in other areas but around here, car shows are freaking awesome. Everyone there is a car guy or girl and everyone is respectful and knowledgeable. Went to 6 or 7 this summer and it was so cool talking to people who are just as into their cars and cars in general. There's a guy I've seen at several shows with a ruby red 2017 GT350 who loves my Mach 1 and his girlfriend is now looking for one to trade in her Camaro SS on. On the flip side he has these ruby-tinted black wheels that I don't know how he did it but it's one of the coolest looks I've seen. Nothing like the cyber dick-measuring contests a lot of these threads turn into.

personally I think it's just my area. Many of the things I've been to out of the area are what you describe. Don't get me wrong I've had some positive experiences.

Could it be that maybe you don't also all agree Animal House was the greatest movie ever made?

"Wait til Otis sees us!..... he LOVES us!!"
"We are going to die"

People keep saying what an advantage the Mach 1 having rev matching is. My 20 350 is the easiest car to heel toe. I can blip the throttle no matter how my feet are positioned without even thinking about it. And if you cannot heel toe, maybe you should drive an automatic.

I love the GT350 so not bashing BUT Come down pal. There is no advantage but it is pretty damn awesome daily driving with active rev matching. :ninja:

Not bashing either. Just saying some people like the car to do it, some people like to have the control themselves. To each his own, but rev matching would not be something I would need to enable.

Same… I don’t think I made it home from the dealer on delivery day before turning off the rev matching.
