Mach 1 Deliveries in AUS

Went to dealer today to ask more about the delivery. Was told late July allegedly.

When did you order your car?
Ask Dealer to show you there screen shot of your order.
I was told by Ford New Zealand that not all the cars will come on the same boat, I think AU got 700 Mach1 cars.
I see you ordered you Mach1 in January this year so I doubt your car is on this ship.
First orders went in late October 2020.

Someone in the main Mach 1 forum posted a dealer note that we’re not getting ACC and rear park sensors and front fogs. Doesn’t bother me much but to others it might. Can’t see the brochure on the Ford Australia site anymore, but I am on my phone for the time being

Don't really know until we get the car.
My car is at Auckland port 23 May 2020.
The vessel Tirranna ran aground out of Chesapeake bay but all looks OK after it was checked but cost us 2 days.

Yes, I like ACC but I understand why it may not be included.
Everything else on the car that was listed on the brochure is there. remember New Zealand is only getting 50, so will be a special car over here.

I’m a bit annoyed that park sensors aren’t there, but I get it with the camera so it’s ok. All round sensors would be good. Coming from a 2008 M3 it had sensors all round and radar colors on the radio showed red, yellow and green for the distances. ACC I’m not fussed on. I guess the orange press car they showed on YouTube really was the final spec

QFord in Springwood (Qld) have a Mach 1 on the showroom floor, must be one of the first in the country. Black, auto with recaros. And it’s available for sale...

yeah 90+ with the on-roads

No thanks. For that price, a base Gt and then 20k for a supercharger etc, with 10k to spare on other bits.
