Howdy all. Two questions for those that have fitted/had this kit fitted.

1. Which sway bar settings did you start with, and have you changed it to a now different/preferred setting. (Spirited road with a few track days a year)

2. Does anyone have any post kit fit new wheel alignment sheets they can share, and if they are happy with what settings they went with.?

(I've read the posts and seen FP Track pack, PP1 standard, and PP2 standard, and custom alignments mentioned)

Thanks.
I did the springs with RTR bars. I found you can't use the max setting on RTR with Magneride so I'm on the middle hole. Should be close to max on Ford bars. I usually just leave it there for street but if I know I'm going to be a long time between track days I might put it on the softest setting. I leave the rear on the softest to keep it from becoming to tail happy.

With MM CC plates I have -2.44 and -2.49 with -.14 toe on each in the front. -1.19, -1.18 with +.13 and .12 toe rear.

Works pretty good on track for me. I was running 19x11 square (305/30) with spacers up front. Now going to use 18x11 square so I have a better selection of tires. I'm trying Michelin racing slicks this year. Michelin slick sizes are odd but I got 30/65-18's.

So has anyone successfully swapped out the stock magneride controller for another stock one. PP1 vs PP2? I have a 2020 HPP with MR and the FP Springs that come in the kit and was thinking of swapping to a 2020 GT PP2 oem controller.

Is LR3V-18B066-AA/20W015/016153326 a 2020 PP2 vdm #

No one that I'm aware of - but that doesn't mean it hasn't happened somewhere. I think the same year PP1 to PP2 swap is the most likely for success. I tried same year PP1 ('18 EBPP+MR) to GT350 and it was a no-go. I have not found an '18 PP2 to check yet.

I've been watching auctions for MR controllers and tracking part numbers on the units. I have only seen one 2020 PP2 come up for sale and the numbers were these:
2020PP2LR3V-18B066-AA19W26401579404GBRPC
Any chance that last number on yours is 01653326? That would fit sequentially in the list I have.

I still can't identify any unit as PP1 vs. PP2 just from the numbers on the decal, so hopefully you can verify the VIN and then the installed options from there. Keep us posted...

Great! Thanks for grabbing that photo, I have added it into my list. You can see that all the numbers are identical to the PP2 that I found - EXCEPT for the 20W334 and the 01760454 which seem to be some sort of sequential ID. There may be something linked to those numbers that will tell what software resides in the box, but there's nothing external that appears to say PP2, Bullitt, or GT500. All 2020's appear to start with "LR3V", 2019's are "KR3V", etc. I haven't seen any 2021 or 2022 units yet. I'm not sure who to talk to @ Ford to get clarification on what these PN's really tell us. If you can find the VIN of that donor car, I can try to see what I can pull from that.

Have you tried talking to someone at Ford Performance?
I checked into the Ford Performance Magnaride Handling Pack which includes front and rear sway bars, front and rear springs which lowers the car about 3/4 of an inch, and a module or tuner for the PP1/Bullet Mustangs. The module was not needed for the PP2 or GT 350.

I run the springs already on my 2020 HPP with magneride so I was hoping to find a VDM from a 19 or 20 GT that wad equipped with PP2 to see if it would work with my car, FP won't sell the Calibration by itself.

Where is the controller located? I have a 2021 PP1 MR and can see if I can get a pic for you.

This is what you're looking for, but I don't know that getting it to work would be all that easy. I'm finding out with my ABS that mixing/matching components is tricky.

It is located under the carpet in the trunk on the passenger side directly under where the sub would be mounted.

Any idea if the programming in the OEM VDM would be tuned different depending on if it's auto vs man for magneride?
