Is the PP pack rear M-2300-MR worth the extra money to upgrade vs my non PP brakes? They are both single piston calipers.

I'm in the process of adding the 6 piston PP calipers and rotors to the front.

Aren't the rear brakes the same on the base and the PP? I thought it was only the fronts that changed to Brembos.

If you've got a V6 or Eco they have smaller rotors and different caliper for the rear compared to the GT.

Nope, they are basically the same thing.

I think the difference is that the PP has a black rear caliper, and the non-pp cars have a silver caliper. Not 100% sure on that though.

Correct. Same parts, though.

Ford states that the $500 kit (M-2300-MR) will produce an additional 15% performance!??

The weight savings you achieve from having a lighter wallet is what makes up the 15% difference in performance.

In all seriousness, this is probably true for EB or V6 which as stated have different rear brakes. On a GT, this is 100% the same as stock so there should be no difference unless they include some better pads than what came originally.
