What I am trying to say is...it's always locked to Lund. They don't unlock it as in you can go anywhere with it. But they will transfer it from my car to your car for free once you buy a tune from them yes.

Overnight ? Not sure. Probably pretty expensive. $300 shipped? Overnight is expensive isn't it ? Based on my location though if I just send it normal priority mail on Monday it'll get there by Wed. I'll do that for $250 shipped. Up to you ! Either way I can't mail it out until Monday.
