Lost nipple for jlt intake cam cover hose

So was installing my intake. And when I was reconnecting all the hoses. One of the connectors that goes to cam cover feel in the engine. And now I cannot find it. Is there anywhere that I can go to find this piece and can I drive my car with without this piece being connected.
