Hey I went on EBAY - found a seller selling the installation kit with new rear shelf for 300- then found a rear seat out of a GT350 for 1000 - now just to figure out how to change the stitching from white to red on the back seat- and a place to install it all....

I found a couple of cloth back seats out of base cars for 500 on EBAY also -

I would do that and keep your rear shelf in case you ever decide to sell car so you have it

You can use a fabric marker pen and color the white stitching to red pretty easily. This is what I did and it worked perfectly on GT350 seats to get them to match the GT350R seat color.
