Can anyone confirm the correct part number for the rear sway bar on a 2022 Mach 1 with the Handling Package? Some of the parts websites make it confusing to verify. One member on here purchased the part for his base Mach 1 and stated the part number is: JR3Z-5A772-A but this turns up a description saying it is for a dark horse mustang with HP and will not fit my 22 mustang.

Some background: the previous owner threw some parts at the car with intentions of tracking the car (some good, some probably unnecessary). He never ended up tracking the car and it sat in his garage and he sold it. Now I have it. I want to ditch the Steeda rear sway bar that he has installed and go back to the stock HP version to establish a baseline. I asked if he still had the original before I bought the car but he did not.

1000 bonus points if you can help me track down a part number for the bracket that attaches to the sway bar end link where the brake hose clip attaches to. This has proven even harder to find. (Shown in picture attached.) I am also in the process of replacing the Steeda stainless steel brake lines that were rubbing on the tires and don't seem to fit all that great in there.

Have you tried Ford Performance to be fair there seems to be a wide range of knowledge and Customer Service depending on which person you get. Good luck.
BMR so far seems to be a good company to deal with vs Steeda(coatings and quality control of materials in Steeda manufacturing seem to be questionable from what I have read) Others love Steeda to be fair. Steeda seem to have put some time and effort into the MACH 1 platform.

All sway bars fit. Im just not sure about the 500 but that is most likely the right part number you were given

Yeah I'm not too concerned about fitment, but would just like to verify that it is the originally equipped option before I purchase one. I reached out to FP to confirm.

I do plan to track the car and would like to start from the stock HP sway bar and bushings. If it were the Steeda competition sway bar on the car, which is softer, maybe I would leave it on there and see how it does.

Do not forget most if not all of the sway bars are adjustable some have four points some have two points. if I remember correctly, the Ford Performance one has two. I am assuming that’s what comes stock on the MACH 1 with handling package. What I am saying is you may not have to buy another bar you can adjust the one that’s on there.

Agreed with @Noleftist.
And I guess what I was getting at is I know it said it didn’t fit your 2022 but I’m pretty sure it does
I would go by bar rate which you can get from steeda. If you can change the bar to have the same rate as the HP bar then no need for a new one.

I am aware of the adjustability, but there is no information that I can find on Steeda's website as far as the bar rates. For their competition bar, they state that it is "Up to 39% softer than our standard rear sway bars" but there are no numbers for that standard bar. I reached out to them to try and get some more info. In the meantime I already adjusted the bars from the stiffest setting to the middle setting, since the outer softest setting was a little annoying to get a hex socket head in place due to it's proximity to the brake assembly.

Given that this is a 1" diameter bar, I suppose the rates could be calculated. But I'm not sure if it is a solid bar or hollow walled and what the thickness is if so. I 've been scouring various forums this morning trying to find out more info on that.

Edit: I found some information buried in one of their review videos. This adjustable sway bar is 130% stiffer than a Performance Pack sway bar in the stiffest setting, and 54% stiffer in the softest setting. It is made of tubular steel. Now I just gotta find out the differences between a PP rear sway bar and a Mach 1 HP bar (If any)...

Stock bar from my handling package car. I believe the handling package uses the same front and rear bars as the PP2. Lots of info in the thread below on my installation of the adjustable bars and what hole locations I settled on, including attempts to estimate stiffness between the stock and adjustable bars.

I come up with JR3Z5A772A as well for the bar. For the brackets I am 90% sure
