It’s a separate $1k line item on the DORA, which is rolled into the total MSRP. So, I guess both are right.

I bet Marketing did a survey and bunches of people were turned off by the Guzzler line-item and would second-guess their purchase. Ignorance is bliss and all that. I wonder if Dodge buyers feel the same way and that's why they sell so many 5.8l V8 (which suck) compared to the 6.4.

Regional requirements make sense. Like different disclosure requirements on vape products in different states.
