Long Tube, Intake, OPG, HCM install question

I'm sitting here thinking about when Im going to do this: OPG/CG, Holley Sniper Intake, MMR head cooling mod, Long tubes, Paxton, and Sai Li system. I know I'd have to jack up the engine from the mounts for the Long tubes, and this would likely help with the HCM.

Would it just be easier to take the engine out?
