Thank you all... am not far from A406 North Circular and even A40... so E4 is an option, and if feeling adventurous may well try Modurstang, have seen really good things about it mentioned here before - sounds like the extra mileage to get there is worth it...

Perfect Touch Performance are not far from me and, although nice guys, because they deal with a wide range of cars they're not as switched on as GT101 when it comes to Mustangs.

When I lived down south, I always used M&S Motorsport in Potter's Bar. Mike Sasson is the bloke there. Really good to deal with. Did all works on my Monaro and my 3000GT. Always 100%. Not too far from you either.
