@GB17shelbyGT350R , yeah I've not seen anyone go that wide tires on the r350 wheels. glad it worked out for you. how does it drive/ride?
I have yet to drive it.....yes, thatll be the true test. Hopefully the weather here in IN becomes more stable so I can take it off storage insurance.
It's a weekend driver and show car for the most part. If I track it, the CF wheels will definitely go back on.
Stay tuned......

btw i posted this elsewhere today...in case others stumble across this thread and are interested in the option below...

something else i've seen, in terms of a budget option, is the LMR SVE R350 set but doing the following so you can run 305 30 19 all around:

Fronts: use the regular 5.0 GT R350 19x11 ET 50 and use a 1" (25mm) spacer or even a 30mm spacer.
Rears: use the specified gt350 R350 19x11 ET 60.

I have a set of LMR SVE 350R wheels as well on my R. I went with 305’s all the way around.

No, I went the standard set and mounted the 305 on the front 10inch wheel.
How have you liked the 305 up front? I too have put the 305 on my 19x10 SVE.... I've yet to drive on it though. Notice any handling difference?

Curious if you drove it yet.
I was thinking of doing a setup like this.

Thanks
I've had the car out 1 time, I haven't noticed any major performance weaknesses compared to the carbon fiber setup. No, I didn't test all of it's cornering capabilities or braking but what I experienced, I was pretty happy.

OK, thanks. I take mine out to the track a few times a year and was curious what it would be like really pushing it, cornering etc on a track. If the tire size choice would cause issues with rubbing, etc.

Yours looks great!

I don't know if I would risk taking this setup to the track, spirited street driving will be ok.
If you have rock deflectors up front, those might possibly rub when turning. I am not sure what brand I have, they were installed on my car from previous owner. When I turn my wheels, I do notice a slight rubbing on the top corners of the rock deflectors. I plan on taking a dremel tool to a 1/4" of the top radius and it'll be dialed.

This photo below, I have a 1/4" spacer on the front for testing the SVE offset and 305 fronts. The spacer isn't needed in my opinion, I removed the spacer and now my tire comes close to the splash guards.

But if I were to track my car, I'd definitely put my carbon fiber setup back on.

hi guys I have a gt350 2019 with stock springs and was getting the Sve r 350 wheels But with FP springs installed, I read somewhere that installing a 20inch wheels would give me better ground clearance as I need it for the entrance of my garage in quite inclined than normal. The stock wheel set up i have does scrape the bottom of the splitter everytime :frown:
The question is do I go with SVE 19 with FP springs for that aggressive tucked look or some other 20inch wheel (with or without the FP springs)
And Im very confused with what tires to go for for either set up
sorry if i confused yall lol

I had heard of these and it might help your splitter scraping. If you search the forum, there may be more information on them.
