Line lock issue?

Hey guys wondering if anyone has run into this? I did a search and found one person with the exact problem i am having but no resolution and they havent been on since last year.
When i attempt to engage line lock i go through the motions as described and it gets to the countdown screen and it says press ok to engage, i hit ok and it gives me an error message saying line lock not available see owners manual. Then when it goes back to the menu, the line lock option is randomly flashing between blue and gray. I restart the car and it does the same thing. I tried on a couple different roads thinking it wasnt level enough? What am i doing wrong?

Yes, i continue to hold the brake.

You need to hold OK, not press and release.

I honestly have tried every combo i can think of. When it says press ok to engage i tried holding and just pressing. As soon as i hit ok it instantly says its not available.

The system is very particular about flat ground { aka track surface} and proper warm up.

I think you guys are right, I threw it on the alignment rack this morning and tried it and it worked every time. That's crazy how sensitive it is. Thanks!
