There seems to be a couple different PCMC Part numbers for Ford Wimbledon White.. Your best bet may be to go to your dealer and let them look up your Vin and supply you the correct touchup pen.

I found a license plate that matches my HEP

N4 is the key. I've used a bit of duplicolor that matches the 65-66 and it is a bit different. Good enough for somethings -not body matches.
