Was it just not a week or so ago that Ford released an additional 26 HEP R's after which time a good friend of mine from Georgia was able to lock down an MSRP deal on Friday therefore there are still some availability and decent pricing for some of these cool and very desirable cars.

That is a great question. I'm also interested. The only reference that I can find was on the Preview Order that shows a Destination & Delivery line item of $1,095.
I also see that it shows up in the window sticker (and $100 more than the Preview Order).
So Michigan to Missouri is $1,100, but Michigan across the Pacific Ocean is only $100 more!?!?
The "Destination & Delivery" charges have been equalized for all States like this for decades therefore it doesn't matter if someone buys a Mustang in Detroit and being only a short distance from the FRAP or if in this case a Mustang ships and sells in Hawaii as these D&D charges are all equalized for all destinations in America with all other automotive manufacturers employing the same pricing method.
