2.5k to 5k is correct ADM to ask. Anything more than that pass.

So...finally closed on LR032, and at $300 below MSRP. Moreover, the car looks amazing--fit, finish, and paint near perfection. I also bought a 5yr, unlimited mile, Tire and Wheel warranty for $832. This warranty even covers curb rash. Figured at $4500 per wheel, it would be worth it.

And thanks to Harry (PP001) for all your advice!

I hope everyone who has a car coming will be in the shape mine came in. Pics don't do these cars justice--but attached is one for what it is worth.

On the downside, I crashed hard mountain biking in Deer Valley last week; one day before the car was delivered. I broke my right collar bone, and will be in a sling for the next 4 weeks. So my awesome dealer is going to keep it in pristine condition in the delivery bay for as long as needed until I am able to drive it.

Congrats....... You can probably get a partner on the rim and tire warranty. I know I will get one.... thanks for the information , I usually reject all that ....

I'm expecting to pick-up my GT350 HEP in a few days. Just talked to the dealer to try to set everything up before I arrive and he was telling me that financing rates through Ford were 6% to 7% for the GT cars and that 0% offers do not apply to the specialty vehicles. I was curious from others, what kind of rates were you are able secure when you purchased your GT350? Is my Ford dealer jerking me around? Thank you.

yeah--rejected all the add on warranty's for paint, interior, extension of the 3yr/36k bumper to bumper warranty, prepay oil changes (which didn't pencil out at all). given i don't abuse my cars, and keep them garaged, i will assume the care will last--unless i end up being one of those that sucked a valve or burn 3 qts every 500 miles!

i hope i did the right thing on the wheel warranty--it is through NIU Florida--not Ford. The only reviews I saw on them were on yelp with very mixed marks. I have 30 days to cancel.

they are. i financed half my purchase (i usually pay my cars off over 2 years) at 3.4% through a local credit union. the dealer offered me 2.6% if i bought a $1600 extended warranty. payment difference was only $12 so i passed.

when they gave my finance options at first--they only showed the payments--not the rates. having checked rates before going in--i knew the payments were for rates much higher than market. really sneaky. the payment options were a couple hundred bucks higher than the payments i knew i could get. finance is where dealers make a lot of money--so beware.

bank of america has rates of 2.1 to 2.6% if you have accounts with them.

^^^Navy Federal Credit Union has new car rates as low as 1.79% APR

That's where I got my loan for the new 500 CFTP

So great to see cars starting to arrive in owners hands. Please do PM me your chassis # along with the last 4 digits of your VIN if/when you get them.
